Terms and Conditions
Welcome to PubScholars. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of the Nurse Practitioner Conference 2026, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid attendees. By registering or taking part in the conference, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending the conference, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all participants, including:
Speakers
Delegates
Exhibitors
Sponsors
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
2. Registration and Payment
All registration fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
You can make payments through:
Online payment methods (such as PayPal or Stripe)
Direct bank transfer
Please note:
Any bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the participant
Your registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, so please review our policy carefully.
All cancellation requests must be sent via email
Cancellations made 90 days before the event:
Eligible for a refund (minus a $100 administrative fee)
Cancellations made within 90 days of the event:
Non-refundable
You may transfer your registration to a future conference
Additional conditions:
Registration transfers are allowed until the conference start date
Transfers are not accepted after the event begins
Approved refunds will be processed within two weeks after the conference
Important Note:
If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or affected by unforeseen circumstances, the standard refund policy may not apply. In such cases, your registration will be transferred to a future event.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
Public health emergencies or pandemics
Government restrictions or travel bans
War, civil unrest, or terrorism
Strikes or labor issues
Technical failures or cyber-attacks
Power or communication outages
In such situations:
Refunds will not be issued
Your registration may be transferred to a future conference
5. Event Changes and Modifications
We may need to make changes to ensure the best possible experience. These may include:
Changes to speakers, topics, or schedule
Changes to venue or location
Switching between in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats
All updates will be shared via email or on the official website.
Participants are responsible for staying informed about any updates.
6. Travel and Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.
We may suggest nearby hotels for your convenience
You are free to book your stay independently
Please note:We are not responsible for travel disruptions, hotel cancellations, or any related expenses.
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a respectful and professional environment for all participants.
All attendees are expected to:
Act professionally at all times
Treat others with respect
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund.
8. Liability Disclaimer
By attending the conference, you agree that:
Participation is at your own risk
We are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or accidents
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions beyond our control
9. Photography and Media Use
During the conference, photos, videos, and recordings may be taken.
These may be used for:
Marketing and promotions
Social media
Future conference materials
By attending, you agree to this usage.
If you prefer not to appear in media, please inform us in advance.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We value your privacy and take steps to protect your personal information.
Your data is used only for:
Conference registration and management
Communication and updates
Certificates, invoices, or visa letters
We do not sell your personal data.
Your information may be shared with:
Payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)

Virtual event platforms
Government authorities (if required for visa or legal purposes)
