Abstract Submission Guidelines – Nurse Practitioner Conferences 2026
Submission Process
- Deadline: Submit your abstract via the official submission portal or email before the deadline
- Language & Clarity: Abstracts must be written in clear American English with a focus on clarity and scientific accuracy
- Format: Abstracts should be concise (typically 200–300 words) and structured for easy understanding
Required Information
- Author Details: Full name, email, institutional affiliation, short biography, and recent photograph
- Abstract Title: Clear, concise, and relevant to your research topic (max ~25 words recommended)
- Presentation Type: Oral or poster presentation
- Scientific Track: Select the most relevant session or clinical track
General Submission Guidelines
- Original Work Only: Submissions must be original and not published or under review elsewhere
- Multiple Submissions: Allowed if each abstract meets quality standards
- Single Submission Rule: Duplicate entries will not be accepted
- Content Quality: Abstract should clearly include objective, method, results, and conclusion
- Relevance: Must align with advanced practice nursing, clinical care, or healthcare innovation
Review Process
- All abstracts are reviewed by a panel of clinical and academic experts
- Evaluation is based on:
- Relevance to nurse practitioner practice
- Scientific quality and originality
- Practical application in healthcare
- Authors will receive notification of acceptance within 2–5 business days
Speaker Guidelines
General Instructions
- Attend your full session to stay updated on schedule changes
- Each speaker is allotted 20 minutes (including Q&A)
Presentation Requirements
- Prepare slides in PPT or PDF format with clear, professional design
- Submit final presentation at least 10–15 days prior for review
- Carry a backup copy (USB or cloud access recommended)
- Use visuals, charts, and minimal text for better engagement
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Specifications
- Size: 1 meter × 1 meter (standard international format)
- Design: Clear, visually structured, and easy to read
- Content: Include title, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion
- Posters must be printed in advance (no on-site printing available)
Setup Instructions
- Install your poster at least 1 hour before the session
- Be present during your session for discussion
- Remove your poster after the session
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- Join using a stable internet connection and suitable device
- Login details will be shared before the conference
- Join 20–30 minutes early to avoid technical issues
- Presentation duration: 20 minutes (including Q&A)
- Optional: Submit a pre-recorded presentation (10 days prior) if unable to attend live
- Test audio, video, and screen-sharing in advance
Certification
- All registered participants will receive a certificate
- In-person attendees: Certificates distributed at the venue
- Virtual attendees: Certificates sent via email within 2–3 working days
- Note: Only registered participants are eligible
Presentation Awards Criteria
Presentations will be evaluated based on the following:
- Clarity & Structure: Logical and well-organized content
- Visual Presentation: Professional and engaging slides/posters
- Time Management: Adherence to time limits
- Communication Skills: Clear delivery and audience engagement
